	QUALITY POLICY Maritime Training Center (P.M.T.C. & B.M.T.C.) is committed to: Designing and providing quality maritime training courses to seafarers and ship- managers. Providing its customers with training services meeting or exceeding their needs , requirements and expectations Continually reviewing its performance against regulatory requirements and costumers satisfaction as well as taking actions towards continually improvement Establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) which is minimum requirement complies with ISO 9001:2015 International Management System Standard , the International Convention STCW78 as amended, IMO Requirements for the training courses provided as well as ABS Academy Standard for Certification of Maritime Training Quality objectives are achieved with the combined efforts of all personnel employed at P.M.T.C. & B. M.T.C. Top management of P.M.T.C. & B. M.T.C. ensures that quality policy is reviewed for continuous suitability so as to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of P.M.T.C. & B. M.T.C. Quality Management System (QMS) P.M.T.C. & B.
